Curious about crow pose? That arm-balance posture you try over and over but doesn't quite stick? Maybe your toes leave the mat and you're working on your endurance to hold crow longer, or even move toward crane?
Join Mitch for this 90-minute asana workshop to FLY into your crow pose! You'll drill down the proper warm up, alignment, core engagement, and where to focus your gaze to master bakasana (crow) and more!
This workshop will be fun and playful, and with a limited class size so and you'll have the opportunity to ask all the questions you want and receive specific cues and instructors tailored to your alignment and anatomy, to keep your practice strong and safe.
Beginner-friendly, anyone is welcome to join this workshop, no prior yoga or arm-balance experience necessary. The Vinyasa class at 10:30am prior to this workshop will also warm up toward crow (consider joining it if you're brand-new to yoga!).
