Perinatal Yoga

The Perinatal (Prenatal & Postpartum) Practice offers a foundation of education, breathing, and movement strategies to support your evolving yoga practice through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

This 90-minute session centers around the structural changes of pregnancy, and their effect on the breath, core, and pelvic floor. We’ll explore these concepts through nourishing practices to carry with you to your studio or home practice.
This beginner-friendly workshop is appropriate during any stage of pregnancy and postpartum, once you are cleared by your provider. Open to all bodies, and ability levels, no prior yoga experience required.

How to attend: 1. Purchase a "Workshop - Asana" credit and 2. Use it to reserve your spot in the class.

Workshop policies: You can cancel your reservation up to 4 hours before the start of class, and the credit will remain on your account for future use. While we do not issue refunds for workshops, you can use it to attend any workshop of equal value within 6 months of purchase (please contact the studio with any questions at hello@astoria.yoga).
