Workshop: Inner Child Reiki Circle

Astoria Yoga is excited to offer this special group Reiki session with Coreen Ruiz, founder of Inner Pttrn. This 75-minute experience offers a gentle blend of Reiki and guided meditation to support a safe emotional release, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect you with your inner child. Attendees are invited to slow down, soften, and explore what it feels like to be held in a safe and nurturing space.

Coreen Ruiz is a Certified Reiki Practitioner and the founder of Inner Pttrn, a healing space rooted in accessibility, ancestral wisdom, and creative liberation. She offers Inner Child Reiki sessions virtually and in New York City, creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, nurture their younger selves, and reclaim their power. Her work honors the sacredness of rest, self-trust, and community as pathways to healing.

Born and raised in East Los Angeles, Coreen is a proud Latina of Mexican descent whose wellness journey began after years of being dismissed by traditional systems. Through ancestral and energetic healing, she found the tools to begin breaking generational cycles—and now supports others in doing the same. She believes healing should be both sacred and accessible, especially for those who have long been left out of wellness spaces.
