Sound, Restore & Reiki

Join our monthly workshop around the Full Moon: Sound, Restore & Reiki (75-minutes)

To attend: 1. purchase a "workshop - sound bath" credit and 2. use it to reserve your spot in the class.

This special event features internationally certified meditation guide and sound healer, Luci Berrios, who guides you through meditation while you're bathed in vibrations from crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other meditative instruments.

Astoria Yoga Instructor Kyla Zimmerman offers optional restorative yoga postures to enhance your relaxation and reception as you're supported by props provided such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets. Optional Reiki will also be offered for those who wish to receive hands-on, or hands-off energy healing.

Mats are always provided for workshops, just bring yourself - no experience required!

Additional Details

Workshops are special events and a "Workshop - Sound Bath" credit is required along with your reservation for the event of your choice. Monthly Members receive a 10% discount on all workshops, just enter code MEMBER at check-out.

NOTE: Attendance can only be guaranteed if you reserve your spot in the sound bath after purchasing the credit and if you arrive on-time for the event. Late entry is not permitted and all late arrivals, no-shows, and late-cancellations will result in a consumed credit.

If the workshop is full, you will be added to the waitlist. If there is a cancellation and a spot opens, you will be automatically added to attend. If a spot does not open up, your credit will remain on your account to use toward any sound bath within 6 months of purchase.
