In this 75-minute workshop you will discuss drill techniques, facing the fear of falling, and learn the necessary anatomical components of standing on your hands. 

A perfect jumping-off point if you're curious about an inversion practice, want to build your upper body strength, and learn the mechanics of how to safely attempt, enter, and exit a handstand (Ahdo Mukha Vrksasana).
